If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your retainer. No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (no exceptions). Legends Event Hall will make every attempt to accommodate and reschedule requests as availability permits. A reschedule fee of $200 will apply.
A signed contract and your retainer ($500) is required. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Yes, alcohol is allowed in our event space. However, we require a licensed bartender to serve alcohol and follow all state and local laws.
We understand that plans can change. We ask that we are given a 2 week notice, from the originally scheduled event time, and we cannot guarantee that the newly requested date will be available. This can be granted 1 time with a $200 fee.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the venue. There are no exceptions.
Every booking includes chairs, round, and rectangle tables. Additional tables and chairs can be purchased for an additional fee.
We require a $250 refundable incidental deposit due 30 days prior to your event, which is refunded 7-14 business days after your event once your inspection is complete.
There are no cleaning fees, however, if venue does not pass inspection, we reserve the right to use the incidental deposit for the service of bringing the venue back to its presentable state.
No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. NO OPEN FLAMES. Candles must be placed inside vase or some type of container.
Time for setup and breakdown is included in your reservation window. Once your time slot has ended, our cleaning crew will be entering to prepare for the next event.
Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are also allowed but must be administered by a certified bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.
Yes, you will have use of the full venue.

Capacity is 100 persons.
Feel free to use our designated dumpster in the back parking lot area. Please do not leave onsite or on the sidewalk in front of location. Venue is expected to be left the way it was found. Cleaning supplies will be made available.
